High temperature and wear resistant steel NM450HiTemp

成功研发耐高温耐磨钢NM450HiTemp,该产品在300℃-600℃时抗拉强度下降趋势明显优于普通耐磨钢,在500℃时抗拉强度仍有907MPa,达到同级别耐磨钢抗拉强度的1.5倍,60O℃时抗拉强度达到NM450的3倍。

NM450HiTemp在 300℃-500℃保温48h后抗拉强度下降缓慢,500°℃保温48h后抗拉强度仍可达到1212MPa。

Wear-resistant steel NM450HiTemp is successfully developed. At the temperature of 300℃-600°℃ , tensilestrength downtrend of the grade is much better than common wear-resistant steel.At the temperature of 500℃,tensile strength is 9O7MPa, which tensile strength is 1.5 times as much as wear-resistant steel in same level.Atthe temperature of 600'℃, tensile strength can be three times as much as NM450. Preserve the grades at the tem-perature of 300℃-500℃ for 48 hours, tensile strength slowly dedines and preserve at 50O℃ for 48 hours , tensilestrength can still be 1212MPa.
