Super wear-resistant steel NM450SP

利用超硬TiC粒子的析出来增强耐磨钢的耐磨性,其硬度和力学性能与NM450相当,但抗磨损性能能达到普通NM450的1.6倍以上,是 NM550的1.3倍以上。

The wear resistance property is enhanced by the precipitat ion of super hard TiC particle, its hardness andphysical property is equivalent to NM450, but its wear resistance can be 1.6 or more times of NM450, and 1.3 ormore times of NM550.

在耐磨钢应用基础上,开发出耐酸与耐大气耐腐蚀的耐磨钢,寿命可达普通钢(Q345)的的二倍。钢板可用于环卫车车体;作为新型浆体输送管道可用于港口建设、疏浚工程、吹填造地、库区清淤;还可用于矿浆输送,如粉煤、矿石以及油砂等。

On the basis of wear-resistant stcel, we develop wear-corrosion resistant steel which resists acid and atmo-spheric corrosion. lts lifetime is two times longer than that of common steel (Q345). The sheet could be applied tosanitation truck body, new-type slurry pipeline for port construction, dredging engineering, reclamation , desiltingand ore pulp transportation like pulverized coal, ore and oil sand.
