1.涟钢中高碳钢(0.20~1.2%)品种规格齐全,具有韧性优良、渗透性高、耐磨性高的特点,广泛应用于锯片(石材、冶金、木工等)汽车零部件(膜片弹簧、安全扣、软管夹.座椅、齿轮等).刀具、工具.高强捆带等。钢带厚度在1.5~20mm,宽度在980~2050mm之间。

1.The medium and high carbon steel ( 0.20~1.2%C )lis of full specifications with high toughness, high harden-ability and high wear-resistance , which are widely used in saw blade(stone , metalurgy and woodworking), au-tamotive parts( disk spring, safety lock, hose clamp, seat. gear), cutter, tool and high strength strapping band etc.The thickness of steel strip covers 1.5~20mm with width range 980~2050mm.

2.涟钢锯片基体用中高碳钢保证了洛氏硬度(HRC)在18~26之间,在用于锯片基体加工时,不会因为太软而产生塌边现象，也不会因为太硬而产生断裂现象。在用于汽车或拖拉机零部件时，具有良好的塑性,可在冷轧加工时实行大压下。

2.The medium and high carbon steel guarantee that theRockwell hardness (HRC) is between 18~26,so that theturn-down edge due to over softness shall not be generated, tearing due to hard is also impossible during the pro-cessing of saw blade basement. The product performsgood plasticity, and can be used for automotive or tractorclutch，high reduction can be implemented during coldrolling process.

3.板形好、尺寸精度高,厚度大于3.9mm规格的热轧卷可在国内最先进的横切线开平，开平板不平度<10mm/m;厚度小于3mm规格的热轧卷,经过精整,确保了开平后板形,不平度<15mm/m。

3.With good profile and high dimension accuracy,theproduct higher than 3.9mm in thickness can be decoiled inthe most advanced domestic cut-to-length line，whichguaranteesgoodflatness,i.e,unflatness ofde-coiled/sheet < 10mm/m. The unflatness of the product withthickness lower than 3mm can be guaranteed as <15mm/m after standrad decoiling through finishing.

4.可供厚度规格为1.6mm极薄与宽度规格为2050mm极宽的热轧宽带钢或钢板。

4.The ultra-thin 1.6mm and ultra-wide 2050mm hot rolled wide strip or sheet can be supplied.

5.所生产的中高碳钢可进行钢卷全氢罩式退火或者钢板辑底式退火炉退火。

5.The medium and high carbon steel can be batch annealed by coil or roller hearth annealed by sheet.
