UNS N08904 SUS 890L stainless steel is an austenitic alloy with superior corrosion resistance over Type 316L and Type 317L. Its 1.5% copper addition ensures excellent protection against reducing acids like sulfuric and phosphoric acid. Used in a range of industries and applications, UNS N08904 SUS 890L is available from Shanghai Bozhong Steel Group in plate, sheet, and strip form.
Workability
This stainless steel offers the same workability as traditional austenitic stainless steel. It offers a reliable solution that's easy to use and is a great choice for any industrial application.
Weldability
Our product is an austenitic stainless steel with superior weldability compared to other products. Preheating and post-heating are not needed for welding, and when welding in severe corrosion environments, welding consumables with equal or higher corrosion resistance should be used. For joining in less corrosive environments, matching welding consumables can be used.
