2. Physical Properties
1. Density: Approximately 8.32 g/cm³ at room temperature, which falls within the conventional density range of superalloys, facilitating weight control during structural design.
2. Thermal Properties:
◦ Melting temperature range: 1448-1591℃. It is not easy to melt in high-temperature environments and can withstand harsh thermal working conditions.
◦ Specific electrical resistivity: About 0.42 μΩ·m at room temperature. It has relatively stable electrical conductivity, which can be used as a reference parameter in the design of high-temperature conductive components.
1. Mechanical Properties (After Heat Treatment at 1140-1170℃):
◦ Yield strength (σ₀.₂): ≥620 MPa, exhibiting strong resistance to plastic deformation at room temperature.
◦ Tensile strength (σᵦ): ≥680 MPa, with excellent overall load-bearing capacity.
◦ Elongation (δ₅): ≥35%, possessing good plasticity and ease of processing and forming.
◦ Reduction of area (ψ): ≥40%, capable of withstanding significant plastic deformation before fracture, resulting in good fracture resistance.
1. Magnetic Properties: Non-magnetic at room temperature and conventional service temperatures, making it suitable for high-temperature component scenarios sensitive to magnetic field environments.
3. Application Products
Due to its outstanding high-temperature performance, GH1015 alloy is mainly used in fields with high requirements for material heat resistance and stability. Its core application products include:
- Aerospace Field: It is a key material for high-temperature structural parts of aero-engines, mainly used in the manufacturing of plate structural parts such as combustion chambers and afterburner cylinders. It can withstand the erosion of high-temperature gas and thermal cycle stress inside the engine. Meanwhile, it can also be used as a substitute material for similar superalloys such as GH2039, GH3030, GH3044, and GH3536, reducing costs while ensuring performance.
- Energy Field: In industries such as thermal power generation and nuclear energy, it can be used to manufacture high-temperature pipelines and heat exchanger components, which can withstand long-term corrosion by high-temperature media and thermal fatigue.
- Chemical Industry Field: It is suitable for manufacturing equipment components such as high-temperature reactor liners and furnace tubes, resisting the erosion of chemical raw materials due to chemical reactions at high temperatures and ensuring continuous and stable production.
