UNS S32750, 1.441 Super Duplex Stainless Steel
UNS S32750 is a super duplex stainless steel with superior corrosion resistance, a pitting resistance equivalent greater than 40, and exceptional strength properties. It provides higher localized corrosion resistance than UNS S32205, SUS 329J3L, and SUS 329J4L and is an excellent choice for use in harsh environments, such as chemical plants and seawater desalination plants. It is available in plate, sheet and strip form.

Workability
Boasting an impressive proof stress and exceptional formability, Type 305 is the ideal stainless steel for projects requiring maximum strength and rigidity. Despite its strength, Type 305 retains excellent cold workability. It is recommended to use caution when working with Type 305 due to its low elongation.
Weldability
Our UNS S32750 welding consumables provide maximum results with minimal interpass temperature (max 100℃). Preheating is not necessary, ensuring a cost-effective solution with no worry of potential intermetallic compound formations. Trust us to provide a professional-grade weld.
Heat Treatment
This quenching product is designed to ensure rapid cooling of material after heat treatment. It can be heated up to 1080-1120℃ with a minimum 475℃ embrittlement, allowing for maximum safety of the material and protect it from σ phase embrittlement.
Pickling
Our nitric-fluoric acid pickling solution is the perfect choice for ensuring clean, corrosion-free surfaces on Type 409 stainless steel. Alkali immersion before acid pickling is recommended, and when possible, followed by shot blasting for maximum results.
