Heat Resistant Alloys
800H/800T (UNS N08810/N08811), comparable to Incoloy 800H Alloy
This nickel-iron-chromium alloy, 800H and UNS N08810 / NAS 800T (UNS N08811), features excellent resistance to oxidation and carburization at high temperatures, as well as superior creep strength achieved through precision control over crystal grain, titanium, carbon, and aluminum content through high temperature heat treatment.
Provide forms as following,

Workability
800H/800T are austenitic stainless steels that offer excellent hot and cold workability. Hot working temperatures should be between 1000 and 1230℃ for optimal performance, with light work possible at 850℃. For optimal crack prevention, temperatures should be kept above 650℃. Cold workability is excellent, with slightly lower work hardening than most austenitic stainless steels.
Weldability
Our 800H/800T stainless steel is ideal for welding applications. It is welding-friendly, with standard austenitic stainless steel welding techniques such as TIG, MIG, and shield metal arc welding. Use AWS ERNiCr-3 or AWS ENiCrFe-2 welding rods for best results.
Heat Treatment
800H/800T are nickel-chromium alloys with an austenitic structure, similar to those of stainless steels. These materials can be hardened and strengthened through specialized heat treatment process, providing exceptional strength and hardness making them ideal for high-temperature applications.
Properties at High Temperatures
800H/800T stainless steel is a high nickel, chromium-alloy specially designed to resist oxidation and carburization at temperatures up to 1150°C. Offering superior strength unparalleled by Type 310S and nearly equal to that of N06600, 800H/800T is the perfect choice for applications requiring superior heat resistance and creep properties.
Corrosion Resistance
This 800H/800T steel alloy offers superior corrosion resistance in highly oxidizing or corrosive environments like nitric acid or nitric acid-sulfuric acid, and boasts outstanding stress corrosion cracking resistance compared to standard austenitic stainless steels. Ideal for salt environments like sodium salts or other molten salts.
Applications
800H/800T alloys are go-to applications for high-temperature environments such as chemical plants and heat treatment furnaces. Their superior heat and corrosion resistance help guarantee reliability in challenging conditions.
