N06022 is a high-performance Ni-Cr-Mo alloy offering superior corrosion resistance in both oxidizing and reducing environments. When used in applications subject to extreme conditions, such as flue gas desulfurization plants and papermaking processes, N06022 provides excellent pitting, crevice, and stress corrosion cracking resistance.

Weldability

Heat Treatment
Our 2.4602 solution treatment temperature is between 1150℃ and 1170℃. After achieving this thermal treatment, quenching is required to guarantee maximum hardness and strength. With this process, you can guarantee the durability and quality of your product.
