N06022 is a high-performance Ni-Cr-Mo alloy offering superior corrosion resistance in both oxidizing and reducing environments. Weldability
This 2.4602 steel is a versatile material for welding applications. It can be welded using traditional methods, and needing no special post-weld heat treatment. Matching composition welding consumables should be used to ensure the highest quality welds.
Heat Treatment
Our 2.4602 solution treatment temperature is between 1150℃ and 1170℃. After achieving this thermal treatment, quenching is required to guarantee maximum hardness and strength. With this process, you can guarantee the durability and quality of your product.
